RMA: how to proceed and what to do

The products promoted by Digimax are selected and produced by companies recognized for the quality of the items in question; although cases are rare, it is possible that some items sold by Digimax may have manufacturing defects or may arrive at their destination after suffering shocks that understand the integrity. In this case, the return procedure can be found directly on the Digimax website, in the RMA section at the top right of the home page.

You must complete the RMA form in all required fields.

To proceed with the sending of the material, it is necessary to wait for our return authorization code (RMA number), which we will communicate to you through our operator within 24 hours of your request.

This code must be applied to the outside of the packaging and must be clearly visible.

I made a mistake ordering a product: what can I do?

If the product was purchased by mistake and was not used the best thing to do is to send an email to logistica@digimax.it, providing all the data relating to the incorrect purchase such as date, product code in question, payment method and reference of the purchase.

It will also be useful to provide information relating to your real need, so as to identify the product most in line with your needs and proceed to the methods of replacement that will be agreed together.
