Digimax will be closed for the winter break from December 23, 2025, to January 6, 2026 (inclusive).
RMA: Material returns (RMA) will be authorized until Monday, December 1 (inclusive), with final delivery by Friday, December 5. After this date, RMA activities will resume on January 20, 2026.
RETURNS: From November 24, 2025, to January 23, 2026, returns for incorrectly ordered material will NOT be processed. Please note that if the error was generated internally, the return request will be handled with priority.
SHIPPING, LABORATORY AND ASSEMBLY: Shipments to customers will be managed until Friday, December 12, 2025 (inclusive) and will resume regularly from Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
