Purchase methods and online sales conditions
Foreword
The following General Sales Conditions regulate the electronically purchase of the products showed on the web site www.digimax.it, managed by DIGIMAX SRL with headquarters in ALTAVILLA VICENTINA (VICENZA) - Via Dei Laghi 31 - VAT number 00916230246.
The GCS is an integral part of the purchase contract of any product and the submission of an order implies acceptance by the Customer.

Only orders from subjects with VAT NUMBER will be accepted
Product Information
The customer can purchase the products in our electronic catalog at the time the order is sent. The images and technical data accompanying a product's datasheet may not be complete and exhaustive of their own characteristics but different in size, color, accessories, etc.
The wording "available" at the time of the product displayed is purely indicative, given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by several users. For this reason, we reserve the right, once we received the order, to check availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the order sent. No responsibility can be attributed to us.
Conclusion of the contract via the Internet
To proceed with the purchase of one or more products via the Internet, the Customer must first register on the site, providing Digimax, in compliance with the applicable provisions regarding the protection of personal data, all the detail necessary to allow Digimax to register to execute orders placed.
Once the registration is completed, the Customer can select the products and insert them in the virtual "Cart", of which he will always be able to view the contents before proceeding to the forwarding of the order.
By clicking on the button of the type of the chosen payment, the customer will forward the order to Digimax.
Digimax will then confirm the correct receipt of the order by sending an e-mail to the address supplied by the customer.
This confirmation message will include all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. After verifying the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer's data, we will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail.
We conclude the contract stipulated between Digimax and the customer only after the sending of the e-mail of acceptance of the contract. By placing the order on our site, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.
Price and shipping costs
The prices of the products on the Site do not include VAT, added in the final statements together with the transport costs, before forwarding the order to Digimax. You can see the total paid (including the price of the product, VAT and shipping costs) before the last phase of sending the order.
The shipping costs are equal to 11, 00 Euros + VAT for all of Italy except for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, where instead the transport is equal to 22, 00 euros + VAT.
Payment and delivery
The payment methods that the customer can choose are the following:
- Credit card (powered by Paypal)
- Paypal
- Bank transfer
The customer will pay the full price of the products ordered together with the forwarding of the order. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Digimax will promptly refund customers the amounts already paid by bank transfer.
We will issue invoices exclusively in electronic format and send them to the customer at the e-mail address communicated in the order (ex. Art. 14 DPR445 / 00 and DL 52/2004). Digimax will use the provided data for both shipping and invoicing.
No change will be possible after the invoicing
For delivery, Digimax will use the express courier GLS, which will deliver to Italy in 2-3 working days from the date of order receipt. In the event that goods are not in stock, we will make a single shipment as soon as all the material is available.
Digimax will send the order as soon as possible for payments by Credit Card or PayPal. In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will have to wait for the money to be credited in the current account and then the delivery will take place.
It is possible to request the "Express Shipping" mode with delivery in 24 hours, except in the islands, for orders placed within 12 hours.
Warranty and complaint handling and returns
The products have a guarantee that varies depending on the type and manufacturer.

Digimax managed returns through a specific procedure called RMA, which is located in the SUPPORT area of the Home Page of the site. The material to be returned must be sent exclusively to the operating office following the instructions indicated by the RMA procedure:

Data protection
Digimax reserves the right to save the data of each Order as well as the contact details of the Customer for the purpose of the correct execution of the Order, of any claims regarding the guarantee and/or recommendations or instructions to the Customer inherent to the article. The data will be stored and processed by Digimax in accordance with the content of the information regarding the protection and use of personal data ("privacy information").
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obligated to inform Digimax srl of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Effects of withdrawal
The customer who exercises withdrawal will be refunded all payments made in our favor (including delivery costs) without any delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day the products arrive in Digimax and verified their integrity.
Bank transfer will make these refunds to the IBAN code indicated in the withdrawal letter
For the procedure concerning the shipment of the material for withdrawal, follow the instructions indicated in the RMA form on the Home Page under the entry “SUPPORT”.
Effects of withdrawal:
The customer who exercises withdrawal will be reimbursed all payments made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the products arrive in Digimax and verified their integrity.
These refunds will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN code indicated in the withdrawal letter.
