  • I need to know the availability of a product. Look for the product code from the Quick Search button; you will find it at the top and in the middle of the home page.

  • I need to place an order. Enter the product in the cart and proceed to checkout or contact us throught the dedicated form.

  • I would like to see the history of the placed orders. Access your Reserved Area/Orders.

  • I need a product supply offer/develop a project. Request a quotation from the relative form.

  • I would like to become a Digimax partner to receive special quotes. Apply within the Reserved Area/Become a Partner.

  • I don't know which product to choose. Select the features required by the online selector in the left column.

  • I would like to know the latest Digimax news. View the "latest news section".




  • I can't find the selected code from the quick search. Probably the product is not online; use the dedicated form and we will give you a prompt response.

  • There is an error or the technical description/product description is missing. Write to the marketing department.

  • The Digimax online site shows incorrect information or does not work. Write to the marketing department.

  • I would like to organize a visit, a training course or have support for fairs or events. Write to the marketing department.

  • I don't have the credentials to buy online. Register to be able to buy and view the discounts dedicated to you.

  • I would like to receive your newsletters. Enter your email address in the Newsletter subscription request below in the footer of the website.




  • I purchased a product and I don't know when it will be shipped. The receipt of the order is confirmed at the e-mail address provided.

  • With which courier is the goods sent? And how much is it? GLS express courier with delivery in Italy in 2-3 working days for €11,00 up to 10kg.

  • The goods received are incorrect, damaged or the courier has lost a package. Write to the office dedicated to logistics.

  • I would like to make a return for non-compliant material. Write to the office dedicated to logistics.

  • I would like to make an RMA (returned for repair). Use the RMA dedicated form.




  • I have not received your invoice. Access your Reserved Area/Invoices.

  • What are the payment methods accepted by Digimax? Paypal, credit card and advance bank transfer.

  • 2-3 days have passed since payment by bank transfer and the goods have not been shipped. If you have the bank slip with the CRO number send an email to administrative office to unlock the fulfillment.
