P-Duke's TAD open frame power supply series grows to 180W

The TAD power supply series made high peak power the flagship feature for these industrial power supplies. Following the great success of the TAD series of 30 W, 50W, 65 W and 125 W, the new TAD180 series was launched on the market, available with a peak output power up to 220W for 5 seconds.

Characterized by 3000Vac insulation and OVCIII overvoltage category, this new proposal is rightfully positioned among the power supply solutions suitable for countless industrial applications, particularly in the field of < strong>heavy industry. This series is available in compact 2x3 inch open frame, enclosed and din-rail versions with input ranges from 85 to 264VAC or 120-370VDC. It also provides a single output voltage of 12, 15, 18, 24, 28, 36, 48, and 53Vdc, which can be adjusted up to ±8% with the integrated potentiometer.

What are the certifications and standards of the TAD180 series?

This series is characterized by various protections such as: overvoltage protection (latch mode), overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection (continuous and automatic recovery) and overtemperature protection (detected by an internal thermistor ). Finally, it is equipped with long-life electrolytic capacitors, with efficiencies up to 94%, power factor correction of 0.95 and no-load consumption of less than 150mW.
