What are the main activities of a technical laboratory for embedded PCs

Component assembly and customization of embedded PCs
The first activity carried out in the Digimax laboratory is the assembly of the components that will characterize the identified embedded solution. It is at this stage that the hardware of industrial PCs takes shape: once the best components and the chassis of the industrial PC are identified, an expert team will assemble the PCs to create a finished product. Thanks to the competence of a highly specialized team and the certification to the standard ISO 9001, every activity is checked and validated in order to offer products of absolute constructive quality. Once this first phase is finished, we move on to the analysis and control of the functionality.
BurnIn test and functionality control: BurnIn and acceptance test
In this phase our technicians carry out a control called BurnIn test, which consists in stressing the industrial pc. Through the BurnIn test is created a document to be provided to the customer with the results of the industrial PC; the BurnIn test analysis can be customized and modified according to customer needs, this guarantees the customer a perfect functioning of the purchased product.
Software customization, direct assistance and repairs
Within the software and BIOS customization phase, the customer, together with the Digimax technical team, identify potential customizations in order to fully exploit the potential of the hardware solutions. The RMA repair and management service, on the other hand, is aimed at guaranteeing direct assistance; by maintaining this activity inside the laboratory, Digimax offers continuity of assistance to the customers.
